J1 Youth is a group of college students, university students and young adults who love Jesus and seek to impact the lives of young people in Glasgow.  

 

Our name is based on the passage Jeremiah 1:

​

6 “O Sovereign Lord,” I said,

“I can’t speak for you! I’m too young!”

7 The Lord replied, “Don’t say, ‘I’m too young,’

for you must go wherever I send you

and say whatever I tell you.

We believe that God has given young people the voice to be his warriors, wherever we go, through his power that lives in us. 

​

Throughout the week, we meet up in person and online for youth sessions and bible studies where we discuss and learn about God and the Word.
